**Your opportunity**

Due to internal progression, We we have a fantastic opportunity for a Finance Analyst to join our Majors Finance team. In this role, you’ll you will be business partnering with the Development & Strategic Asset Management team by providing financial support to facilitate decision making.

The key aspects of your role include Major tenant deal management, budgeting, forecasting forecasting and reporting on variance analysis, Sunday and Extended Trade across a portfolio of assets. You will ’ ll have play an integral role within the asset team to support commercial decisions and provide financial insights and analysis to all key stakeholders. Development & Asset Management and Finance stakeholders.

A snapshot of your role:

- **Financial and Management Reporting**:

- Produce and review accurate Budgets and forecasts for Major tenant income across a portfolio of assets, whilst ensuring accurate & timely ontime delivery of m onth e nd / y ear e nd, Long Term Forecasts, Bi-Monthly Forecasts for a portfolio of centres. ;
- Major Tenant Lease administration - Interpret lease agreements to ensure accuracy of major tenant revenue across Australia
- **Stakeholder **E **ngagement**:

- Analytical support to internal and external stakeholders including r elationship management wit h Major tenants
- Commercial & strategic analysis - Provide decision maki ng supp ort by preparing deal a A naly sis tical across the Major tenant portfolio support to internal
- external stakeholders to deliver on strategic plan
- Major Tenant Lease administration - i nterpret lease agreements to ensure accuracy of major tenant revenue across Australia
- C reate Insights & St rategic A nalysis - Provide numerical support for leasing decisions related to gross rent data across a portfolio of centres
- **Managing deliverables**:

- Prioritise work so that regular timetabled deliverables are delivered on time and are of a consistent quality while working on ad hoc work requested from stakeholders
- **In **novation**:

- **Support the delivery of a range of Finance initiatives that help Scentre Group achieve its strategic objectives

The role will be based from our Sydney CBD Support Office located conveniently above Westfield Sydney.
