**Purpose**

The Multimedia Specialist will design, develop and maintain engaging multimedia solutions to support our brand, sales strategy and customer communications. This role will focus on improving our website, developing interactive content, and producing visual assets—including video and animations—to help us connect with enterprise customers and partners across diverse markets.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, design and build an enhanced corporate website that improves our service visibility, supports lead generation and aligns with our international sales goals.
- Develop and maintain website functionality with an emphasis on performance, security, and ease of maintenance.
- Produce high-quality visual content, including graphics, animations and videos for marketing campaigns, social media and client presentations.
- Integrate multimedia elements such as audio, video and interactive components into web and mobile experiences to drive engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design content that supports advertising, promotions and brand awareness initiatives.
- Define and document processes, standards and guidelines for the design and deployment of multimedia solutions across all company channels.
- Ensure the ongoing security, backup and integrity of online assets in coordination with our IT and infrastructure teams.
- Research and propose creative strategies to improve our online presence and deliver consistent messaging across regions.
- Maintain and update existing multimedia systems and content to ensure relevance and quality over time.

**Qualifications/Experience**
- Diploma or higher qualification in Marketing, Media, Screen and Media Production, Artificial Intelligence or a related field.
- Demonstrating technical skills in machine learning, Python programming, automation and problem-solving.
- Proven experience in multimedia production across video, audio, graphic design and social media content.
- Strong web development skills including HTML, CSS, JavaScript and integration of multimedia components for websites and mobile devices.
- Proven experience in UX/UI design, prototyping and user experience workflows using tools such as Figma.
- Proficiency with industry-standard multimedia software, including Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects for video editing, motion graphics and animation.
- Skilled in audio mixing, podcast production workflows and operating professional camcorder equipment.
- Experience producing interactive and engaging content for marketing campaigns, advertising and social media channels.
- Ability to plan, design and implement end-to-end multimedia solutions that blend creative storytelling with technical integration.
- Strong understanding of online content management, security, hosting and maintaining high-quality web assets.
- Demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively with marketing, IT and design teams to deliver projects aligned with business goals and brand standards.

Pay: $105,000.00 per year
