**About the Role**

Boning out raw materials; e.g.
- Leg of Lamb
- Beef Rib

(70% of work) Trimming
- Fat off product - different specs
- Skinning
- Frenching / bird caging

Hand Portioning
- Prepping product then splitting in half i.e. pork spare ribs

Bandsaw Operation

**About You**
- Previous experience (ideally 2-3 years)
- Relevant qualification (Cert II/ III Meat Processing) advantageous but not essential
- Proven high level of knife sharpening skills
- Knowledge and understanding of Quality Requirements
- Ability to work within a team environment with the ability to take direction
- Good communication skills
- Demonstrated integrity and good presentation
- A professional work attitude
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Superior attendance
- High Focus and attention to detail

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
