**About the role**

We are looking for a motivated Service Delivery Manager to support and improve the quality, scope and effectiveness of the CSNSW Restorative Justice Service.

**About You**

We are looking for a self-motivated employee, who has some skills and knowledge of working with complex

trauma to successfully develop policies and pilot projects to the highest of standards.

We require you to be accountable for your decisions and passionate about continuous improvement, ensuring compliance with policy and procedures, within a forever changing environment.

**Essential requirements**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Allied Health services or equivalent experience working with victims of crime and the provision of support and guidance to them.- Current driver’s licence and preparedness to drive a vehicle in the course of performing the role.
