Practice Manager

We are looking for a dynamic manager to join our team and further develop and grow our practice.
This is a permanent position for 3-5 days/week depending on applicant. We are a busy specialist practice providing service to 7 doctors and are looking for an experienced manager/senior receptionist.
The applicant duties will include but are not limited to:
- Manage reception team and assist with general reception duties
- Manage day to day operations of the practice, including appointment scheduling, billing and diary management
- Managing practice premises, including maintenance and security
- Develop and maintain relevant practice procedures
- Assisting with financial management and reporting
- Liaise with medical, nursing and hospital services to coordinate patient care
The applicant should demonstrate:
- Compassionate and caring approach to patients and staff
- Passion for delivering high level medical care
- Respect and courtesy to other members of the multidisciplinary team
- Ability to multi-task proficiently with attention to detail & accuracy
- Confidence with computer skills and software
- Experience with medicare & health fund billing procedures ideally in a specialist practice, including Eclipse. Experience with Genie and Xero desirable but not required.
- Ability to develop business strategies for improving practice function, staff wellbeing & provision of patient care
Renumeration will be negotiated dependent on applicant's experience.

**Salary**: $55,359.93 - $121,327.29 per year
