Participate Your Way is a small NDIS Support Provider Located in South East Suburb of Melbourne.

Are you a compassionate and driven individual who wants to make a difference in the lives of those with disabilities? Our disability support agency is seeking talented employees who are committed to serving as positive role models and mentors for individuals with disabilities.

As a disability support employee, you will work directly with individuals to provide compassionate support, guidance, and advocacy. You will help individuals to gain greater independence, develop life skills, and access meaningful activities in their local community.

Qualifications for this position include:

- Certificate IV in disability or similar desirable but not Essential.
- A commitment to providing high-quality support and care for individuals with disabilities.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities, either professionally or through lived experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with individuals and their families.
- A flexible and adaptable mindset, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to changing situations and needs.
- A clear criminal background check and solid work references.

**Requirements**:

- NDIS screening check
- working with children’s check
- Drivers licence and car with full comprehensive insurance.
- Clear Police check
- Current First Aid and CPR.

shifts available Weekdays, Evenings, Weekends & Public Holidays.

**Salary**: $30.95 - $83.77 per hour
