Coordinator Oshc

**About the Opportunity**

As a specialist in Outside of School Hours Care (OSHC), you will support Uniting’s OSHC network across various locations. You have excellent communication skills, teamwork and exemplary knowledge of “My time our Place.” You will join the OSHC team to continue to improve and develop our network of services.

Playing a key support role across multiple OSHC services in NSW, the OSHC relief support team member will be required to travel across our sites, supporting coordinators and their teams to deliver their education and care programs. The OSHC relief support team member will also provide support to the OSHC Area Manager.

This role is a great opportunity for an ambitious leader who can contribute to the growth strategies and business development opportunities across Uniting’s OSHC Services. This role is also designed as a progression to either a service coordinator or to an area manager position.

**Essential Requirements**
- Previous experience at OSHC service (3-5 years’ experience)
- Demonstrated ability to plan, be a team member in multiple teams and be organized
- Must be willing to travel and be “on the road” on a weekly basis
- Current Working with Children’s Check

- A desire to continually learn and add value to the service
- Exceptional knowledge of “My Time Our Place”
- Team focused with emphasis on providing a high level of customer care
- Highly organised and flexible, ability to think outside the box and forward plan
- Positive and optimistic outlook, friendly disposition
- A work history demonstrating reliability, punctuality, enthusiasm, initiative and commitment
- Experience of supporting continuous improvement including developing professional learning plans and programs
