**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate electrical products and solutions.
- Drive sales through effective product knowledge and active engagement with customers.
- Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing store environment.
- Assist in stocking and replenishing merchandise as needed.
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently using the store’s POS system.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide the best advice to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in the retail sales and/or customer service.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.

Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

Pay: $21.38 - $33.79 per hour
