Gardener / Groundsperson

We are currently seeking a full time Groundsperson/Gardener to join our Maintenance
team. To be considered for this role, you will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience
in the gardening field or you are a third or fourth year apprentice currently undertaking
a Certificate III in Horticulture.

The ideal person for this role will need the ability to be hands-on, show initiative and
have experience in conducting lawn and grounds maintenance. You would need to
undertake physical activity, possess great communication and teamwork skills, but
also have the ability to work unsupervised.

**About the role**

The role is varied and you will be required to carry out specific tasks as detailed by
the Grounds Preventative Maintenance Program, assisting with the seasonal planting
and landscape plans and use of chemicals as required for gardening. A driver’s license
is essential.
