**About this Role**

Greater Sydney LLS have an exciting opportunity for a high performing people leader with great organisational, engagement and stakeholder relationship skills to join the team. This?is a full-time role?with the key?function to?implement?best practice?biodiversity outcomes at?a?900 ha?landholding in?the Cumberland Plain,?Western Sydney.??You will oversee a team of three staff coordinating a range of activities including bushland restoration, revegetation, pest animal management and fauna habitat augmentation.

The role requires?a motivated individual who has exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and the capacity to?manage complex projects.??You will be flexible and adaptable, and have a strong understanding of environmental management in Greater Sydney.?Expertise in?Cumberland Plain?flora and fauna will be highly regarded.??

To be successful you’ll need to have proven leadership skills and a demonstrated understanding of organisational planning and engagement. You’ll also be someone who can foster professional relationships, drive collaboration and engagement, get results and bring stakeholders and staff along with you for the ride.
