The Supervisor's main focus is:
- Ensuring that all customers receive excellent service.
- They also have accountability for the following statistics on their shifts:
- Cost of wages
- Average spend per customer
- Total gross profit
- Number of up-sells and second orders
In the interest of fairness, all of our Supervisors work one weekend shift (at our direction). The rostered shift rotates so everyone gets a chance to have Saturday nights off or to get the best penalty rates - Lovely
