**ROLE DETAILS**

**Location**: Brisbane, QLD

**Salary**: $30-35 per hour + Super + paid leave (depending on experience)

**Days**:Mondays-Fridays

**Hours**:8am-6pm

**Child**:14 month old

**Start date**:ASAP (as soon as the right person is available).

**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**
- Permanent Australian Residency
- Valid Working With Children Check, First Aid, and CPR
- Fully Vaccinated (Covid-19, Whooping Cough, flu etc)
- 2+ years of experience in similar roles
- 2 outstanding references for us to call.

**ROLE DESCRIPTION**
These loving parents are professionals in need of an experienced and capable nanny. The primary focus will be on their newly-1 year old and her needs. The family would also like support with household tasks, when time permits, to help the home run smoothly.

The right person for this role will have experience working with infants/toddlers and find joy in teaching and learning with children. They will have a gentle and patient approach with children and will take the time to get to know the family and help them settle into their new surroundings.

Household tasks will be defined with the right person and as they settle into the role. Simple meal preparation will be a priority, along with laundry and helping the family maintain a safe and tidy environment.

**ABOUT THE FAMILY**
The family has just relocated to Brisbane City and are eager to welcome the right nanny to start as soon as they're ready.

Both parents work in big full-time jobs (dad works primarily from home) so are keen to welcome a nanny who is reliable and dedicated to this role - they will be an essential part of the parents' team They value honesty and open communication, not perfection.

Their 1 year old daughter is happy, adventurous, and loves engaging with people. She adores stories and 'conversation'. The family also has 2 ragdoll cats, who the nanny must be comfortable being around.
