Are you an experienced cleaner looking for permanent afternoon shift, Monday to Friday? If so we have the perfect job for you

Working in a childcare centre environment, you will support and work alongside a team of Educators and Cooks to maintain a hygienic and clean environment for all our children and staff.

**Duties and tasks**:

- Appropriate and safe use of approved cleaning chemicals
- Vacuuming, dusting, sanitising, mopping and general cleaning.
- Laundry duties involving washing, drying and folding of all centre supplied sheets, towels, cleaning clothes, etc.
- Maintaining a high level of cleanliness in all areas of the centrre, including, staff common rooms, administration office, toilets, kitchen and childcare rooms.
- Stock-take and ordering of cleaning consumables

**What you will need**
- Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
- Certificate II or Certificate III in Cleaning Operations (desirable)
- First Aid in an Education and Care Setting (or willing to obtain)
- National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain)
- A friendly and positive attitude
- Previous cleaning experience
