Cafe Manager

Oliver Brown is the ultimate dessert destination, specialising in decadent dishes made from the finest quality chocolate, imported directly from the world's chocolate capital in Belgium.

We are looking for the next customer-focused cafe manager to help running of our Erina Fair store. You will be supported with training and mentorship from our head office.

We would expect strong experience in customer service, combined with a cafe background. High standards of presentation, the ability to forecast requirements and sales, and a warm friendly personality are the recipe for this role.

Along with the above-mentioned, you would need
- Have good organisation skills
- Coffee barista experience
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability and desire to meet KPIs

**This position has performance bonus incentives**

This position is salary negotiable on experience.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
