**About the Role**:
We are currently looking for a highly energetic, all-round Individual to facilitate many of our programs targeted young people between the ages of 12 and 25. Programs include; youth intervention, employment readiness and young women's program. This is an extremely dynamic position and will require someone who can wear many hats.

**Responsibilities**:

- Facilitating the program focusing on instilling confidence, courage, and self-belief in young people.
- Adapting the already created program where needed to suit the needs of both the group and the individuals
- Organising each session including ordering supplies, sending reminders and ensuring we have everything they need to run a successful session
- Create and build relationships with young people in a short period of time
- Follow up phone calls with each young person to obtain feedback and supporting them through any questions they have
- Most programs are delivered locally in Brisbane but travel may be required at times.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Must be highly relatable and have the ability to build instant rapport with people of all ages and backgrounds
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and positive personality
- Confident communicator
- Experience working with young people, desirable but not essential
- Passionate and excited about helping others
- Driver's licence essential and must be able to obtain a Blue Card
