People Operations Associate

This role will support the People Team through the employee lifecycle in a way that creates a positive impact for new and existing Thoughtworkers. The goal is to ensure that they day-to-day activities of the People Team are conducted effectively to deliver maximum value.

**Responsibilities**:

- People Systems: maintain, reconcile and improve various internal people management systems and processes
- Reporting: management and analysis of People related data and reports
- Communications: administration of shared inbox and People related queries from Thoughtworkers
- Exit management: maintain data and associated reporting
- Supporting People Partners with ad hoc tasks

**Job qualifications**:
**Technical skills**:

- Proficient with GSuite / Office
- Previous administration experience preferred
- Exposure to people systems preferred
- Studies in Human Resources field an advantage

**Professional skills**:

- Great communication skills
- Be a self starter and able to manage tasks independently
- Able to prioritise, problem solve and execute
- Have a strong sense of ownership
- Quick learner
- Ability to deal with ambiguity
- Desire to learn and grow within HR or People Processes Systems space
