**How will I help?**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assisting internal and external customers across several customer segments supporting OSKO, international payments and investigations
- Investigating Day 2 outstanding items across the PSO business which includes being the central source of information for all international payments that have been sent or received which require investigation for multiple reasons.
- Servicing customers through inbound and outbound calls for both internal and external customers
- Managing customer complaints in line with Westpac group standards

**What do I need?**
- Exceptional customer service skills; able to stay calm in complex situations and handle it in a professional manner
- Great communication skills - both written and verbal to provide a high standard of phone etiquette and build strong stakeholder relationships
- Able to take initiate and thrive in challenges
- Flexible as overtime and occasional weekend work will be required; rotational roster from 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday and a late shift 11.30am - 8.30pm
