We pride ourselves in our excellent service and operate out of Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne. With the business expanding, we are seeking a Booking Coordinator to join us

**About the Role**

The permanent part-time Booking Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling, booking, and following up on all jobs within the specified region. It involves communication with clients, AVT staff and job sites to ensure the smooth operation of the work.

**Working Location and Hours**
- Office based in Sandgate QLD
- 25 hours per week
- Monday - Friday: 9am - 2pm

**Key Responsibilities**

Client Booking:

- Managing client enquiries for work requests and schedule/book the work requests
- Communication with clients on status of work requests
- Coordinating client location/availability and technician location/availability
- Managing schedule changes with the client

Job/Site Management:

- Communicating with job sites on availability and access
- Re-confirming vehicle availability prior to the work taking place
- Managing any schedule changes with sites

**Skills and Experience**
- Experience as a job scheduler or similar position is a big advantage - especially in transport
- Knowledge of Melbourne and Sydney suburbs is an advantage
- High level of attention to detail
- Flexibility, reliability and punctuality
- Respectful, good attitude, willingness to learn, and take instructions/feedback
- Comfortable to work independently and in a team environment
