Bodington is our 120-bed home offering exceptional care to all our residents. Situated in the picturesque bushland of Wentworth Falls, we offer a home-like environment where residents and staff are treated with compassion and respect. Bodington is not close to public transport, so a motor vehicle would be advantageous.

Currently, we are looking for passionate carers to join our team on either a permanent part-time or casual basis. We also have opportunities for new to industry carers to join and engage in a traineeship program while working with us.

The permanent shifts available are **6:30 - 14:00 + 14:00 - 22:30 + 22:15 - 6:45**. Additionally there is the opportunity to pick up casual shifts to cover sick leave and annual leave.

**As part of a dedicated team who work hard to create a safe, home like environment you'll be responsible for**:

- Assisting with personal care such as showering & dressing;
- Supporting with day to day tasks such as eating and social activities;
- Working with clinical staff to ensure care & medication plans are followed;
- Maintaining documentation & working as part of a team to ensure our residents' health and well-being are optimised; and
- Providing high quality service to families and the community.

**_ To be successful in this role you'll need:_**
- A genuine passion for providing high quality care to the elderly
- Great communication & team work skills
- Flexibility & the ability to adapt to change
- A Certificate 3 in Aged Care (or equivalent) or willingness to obtain with Catholic Healthcare traineeship program
- Must be able to provide evidence of a Covid19 and Flu vaccination
- Drivers license and access to vehicle
- NDIS screening check or willingness to obtain
