**Role Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to become a key member of our high-performing service team in Melbourne. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining our diverse portfolio of elevators.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various elevator systems
- Adhere to Strategic Lift Solutions policies and procedures, including health, quality, and safety standards
- Maintain and foster positive customer relationships within the local region
- Demonstrate flexibility with start and finish times, including availability for after-hours work as required

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Licensing**: Must hold a valid registered electrical licence
- **Experience**: Multiple years of experience in the lift industry is essential
- **Licences**: Valid full Australian driver’s licence required
- **Problem-Solving**: Proven ability to manage critical breakdowns and meet Strategic Lift Solutions’ expectations
- **Self-Starter**: Motivated individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- **Safety and Quality**: Commitment to safety with a focus on delivering high-quality results
