As a result of ongoing growth and advancing conversations with clients, Icon is issuing an expression of interest for Site Supervisor.

You will oversee daily activities, ensuring they align with project plans and safety standards. Your responsibilities include managing personnel, coordinating schedules, and addressing on-site challenges proactively while promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration. Additionally, you'll take responsibility and be held accountable for the outcomes, fostering an environment of trust and accountability among team members.
