Village Administrator

Lendlease is looking for a friendly and compassionate Village Administrator to join the team at Isabella Gardens Retirement Village in Isabella Plain.

Your role will involve providing customer service to our residents and visitors, supporting the general operation of the village as well as providing direct support to the close-knit Village team through a variety of tasks including property maintenance support, data entry and photocopying.
- Have a friendly people-focused approach and be able to communicate with empathy and compassion
- Excellent computer literacy - including the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn, along with a proactive and can-do attitude.
- Experience in Retirement Living, Aged Care or Healthcare (Desirable).
