The Crocodile Hunter Lodge has been designed to reconnect guests with nature, and is home to beautiful native wildlife, with black cockatoos and kangaroos visiting most days. The Lodge overlooks a state-of-the-art home for our resident emus, kangaroos and koalas.

As a Night Audit Guest Service Agent at the Crocodile Hunter Lodge, you will be a professional and passionate person required to oversee night time operations of The Crocodile Hunter Lodge.
You are primarily responsible for ensuring that each guest interaction is made with the highest quality of customer service and will ensure the consistency of our day time service standard levels are met.

This position requires a strong attention to detail and includes duties such as daily system reporting, cleaning of the general lodge areas, night time menu food and beverage delivery, and the ability to identify and report maintenance issues.

**Duties Include -**
- First point of contact for all guests staying within the Crocodile Hunter Lodge
- Ensuring the End of Day reports are completed in a timely manner
- Ensuring the night time task checklist is completed
- Handling all guest requests and inquiries appropriately and with professionalism
- Provide helpful information for all aspects of the Crocodile Hunter Lodge and Australia Zoo
- Liaison with Security and Lodge Management
- Report maintenance and safety issues in a timely manner
- Ensuring all WHS policies and procedures are followed
- General cleaning of Lodge Reception building: floors, guest bathrooms, pool bathrooms, staff bathrooms & staff kitchen

**Essential Criteria -**
- A friendly, customer focused attitude with the drive to provide total guest satisfaction ensuring that interactions with our guests are positive and memorable
- Excellent communication skills and a high standard of grooming and presentation
- Proven experience working within a small team or autonomously and have the ability to work unsupervised
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to interact effectively with all guests
- Willingness to use initiative and strong problem-solving skills
- The availability to work on a 7-day rotating roster including weekends and Public Holidays with night shifts.
- Current First Aid qualification
- Hold current Driver’s Licence

**Preferred Criteria -**
- Proof of Coronavirus Vaccination, unless otherwise exempt
- Previous experience as a Night Auditor
- Experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel establishment
- Experience in Opera Cloud, or similar room management software
