**About the Role**
- Your key responsibilities will include successfully planning, organizing the Food and Beverage Department which does approximately 1200 to 1300 events annually
- Drive profitability by closely monitoring financials, implementing cost-effective strategies, and maximizing revenue opportunities.
- Conduct weekly briefings to align the team and set expectations for the upcoming week
- Implement strategies to increase beverage sales in the bustling restaurant that seats 300 covers.
- Work closely with the Director, Executive Committee, and senior management to ensure efficient operations and seamless coordination.
- Manage licensing requirements and handle financial aspects of all venues

**Requirements**:

- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Financial acumen and the ability to analyze and manage budgets effectively.
- Familiarity with licensing regulations and requirements.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
