**Admin Assistant - Bookkeeper**

We are a small boutique accounting practice based in Ascot and seeking a motivated bookkeeper to join our team. We provide a full range of professional services being Accounting, Taxation, Bookkeeping and Business Advisory Services.

You must be a self-starter, confident to work on your own, seek solutions to issues as they arise and able to ask for help where needed. We are a family friendly office, offering a permanent part-time position of 20-25 hours per week working Tuesdays to Thursdays.

**Job description**

To be considered for this in house position your duties will include, but not be limited to:

- Preparation of clients BAS & IAS
- Accounting reconciliations
- Bookkeeping for various clients across multiple accounting platforms
- Data entry of client’s financial information into our software
- Superannuation reconciliation and lodgment
- Processing weekly and fortnightly payrolls for clients
- Assistance with ASIC corporate compliance
- General admin as and when required

**Skills and experience required**
- A minimum 3 years Bookkeeping and Payroll Experience in similar role in Australia
- Previous BAS registration or experience
- Experience with Xero, MYOB and QuickBooks online
- Proficient in MS Office
- High accuracy of data entry and data management

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 22.5 per week
