Situated in the heart of the Brisbane CBD, with views out over the river to Southbank, the ibis Styles Brisbane is a modern, stylish hotel catering for both business and leisure guests. With 367 rooms, ibis Styles Brisbane is one of the largest hotels in Brisbane City. We are bright, colourful, stylish and we are looking for our next **Part -Time Front Office All Rounder** to join our hardworking and dedicated crew.

This role requires a super fun and friendly personality to welcome our guests to our hotel, and to look after them whilst they stay with us.

You'll work closely with the reservations, housekeeping, maintenance and F&B teams to ensure a wonderful guest experience.

Duties include:

- Check in and out of guests
- Handling all guest enquiries at the desk
- Attending to incoming calls
- Storage and luggage handling

**Qualifications**
- Opera Cloud Experience
- HubOS Experience
- Previous Front Office experience

Flexibility to work across a 7 day rotating roster is non-negotiable, with reception shifts required from either 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm.
