**LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU**
You will be a Training and Development specialist, ideally with strong experience in aviation, airports and/or security. You will be a hands on leader, customer centric and have strong management reporting skills.

**THE ROLE**
You will:

- Define and deliver the training strategy, for key roles for Adelaide Airport
- Build, develop and lead the Training team in Adelaide
- Work closely with executive and Senior leaders in shaping their approach to the development of staff at all levels
- Work closely with key Managed Services clients, ensuring feedback is considered in the identification and development of training programs
- Prepare Executive reports around key learning and organisational development metrics and continuous improvement plans

**SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE THIS**
- Experience in corporate training and development
- Experience in aviation, airports and/or security sectors
- Experience in Management of training staff
- Management reporting and continuous improvement
- Cert IV or other relevant Training Qualifications
- Experience in RTO or TAFE, TSP (Transport Security Protection)
- Ideally, knowledge of CISC (Cyber & Infrastructure Security Centre)
- Attention to detail
- Relationships are important to you
