**Your Role with Us**

We are hiring **Product Specialists** for our newest flagship location at **Chadstone Shopping Centre**, opening in Mid 2025 New staff will need to travel to **Melbourne CBD, Fountain Gate** or **Brunswick** for training before the store opens.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Achieving store-based KPIs.
- Delivering exceptional customer service while juggling multiple tasks or customers.
- Developing in-depth product knowledge of DJI products & services (training provided).
- Demonstrating and test-flying drones for customers.
- Assisting in our **New Pilot Experience (NPE) Training sessions** hosted on Thursday nights.
- Helping customers set up their drones for the first time and troubleshooting common issues.
- Embracing our core values of being **customer-oriented, driven**, and seeking **continuous improvement**.

**About You**
- A passionate, dedicated individual with a desire to learn and self-improve.
- Retail and sales experience is ideal but not necessary.
- Interest in drones, cameras, and technology is a bonus but not mandatory.
- Outstanding listening, communication, and people skills.
- Good personal presentation and a positive, can-do attitude.
