**About you**
- You have an Optical (or Pharmacy) store leadership background and will be keen to show your strong leadership skills in an organisation that truly values your contribution.
- Store leadership in Bupa Optical needs positively and commitment and we’ll reward you extremely well - for a confidential salary discussion get in touch with me directly.
- You have a strong understanding of the day-to-day operations of an Optical store, so that you can enjoy making the most of your skills.
- Exposure to Optomate is certainly advantageous - but if you've similar system competency, I'd be interested to hear about it from you.

**The role**
- You’d be responsible for leading, coaching and motivating a team of Optometrist/s, Optical Dispensers and Retail Assistants and will enjoy motivating your team to surpass KPI’s so they gain the best financial rewards and recognition.
