**In this role, you'll**:
Join our Road Maintenance Delivery Upper Hunter team, where you will be responsible for undertaking a range of works support activities to support management and project delivery staff to facilitate the effective and efficient delivery of scheduled works.

You will support the planning and delivery of project works throughout the Upper Hunter District by:

- Providing procurement support by preparing procurement documentation, participating in the procurement process and administering procurement contracts.
- Providing advice to team members on administrative and procedural matters where appropriate.
- Supporting the planning and delivery of works by preparing works management plans, maintaining training database, coordination of training, carrying out asset inspections and maintaining asset facilities.

This is a temporary, full-time position up to June 2026, is located at our Singleton depot, and will require attendance at various site locations as required.

TfNSW take WH&S and the management of fatigue of our employees seriously therefore to be eligible for this role it is a requirement that you must reside within a reasonable distance from the Singleton Depot.

**About you**
You are an experienced Administrator or Project Officer with a demonstrated background in providing a wide range of administrative and procurement support within a road maintenance and/or construction environment or similar.

You possess strong problem solving and organisational skills with the ability to be flexible, meet deadlines within short time frames and to manage changing priorities.

You have excellent interpersonal skills, including an ability to communicate with all levels of stakeholders working in an onsite team environment, both verbally and in writing, in a clear and confident manner.

Your impeccable attention to detail and ability to use systems such as Asset Vision, Microsoft Office and Equip will see you succeed in this role.

It is also essential that you hold a current motor vehicle driver’s licence and be available to work outside normal working hours or to travel on occasion.
