**St Marys Rugby League Club** is one of western Sydney’s largest & most progressive hospitality venues. In November the Club will celebrate 40 years of operation with the grand opening of a $25 million development. At present, the Club consists of seven bars, four eateries, three lounges, a showroom, one of the best outdoor terraces in the industry, Go Bananas Family Entertainment Centre, St Marys Leagues Stadium, and the 120 room Holiday Inn Sydney St Marys. The new development will include a grand new entrance, new sports bar with state of the art audio visual, and six new meeting and conference rooms. With over 200 employees, 50,000 members and a $25 million development, the Club is seeking a highly motivated person to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create a great memorable first experience welcoming members and guests entering the Club.
- Provide outstanding customer service in a highly engaging manner that is informative, responsive and results in the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Engage with members and guests building great rapport.
- Compliance with relevant Government Regulations and the St Marys Rugby League Club “House Policy”.
