We are seeking to recruit a **Supported Lifestyle PCA** who is looking for a new challenge This position in our Supported Lifestyle team will assist in providing person centered lifestyle programs designed to engage our Residents in activities they enjoy. We are looking for team members to fill the following positions **Monday - Friday 11am - 4pm (Level 1)** and **Saturday & Sunday 9am - 4pm (And Public Holidays)**

**Essential Criteria**
- Cert III in Individual Support or Cert IV Leisure and Health
- Experience in completing documentation.
- Experience working with Dementia clients (desirable)
- Build relationships and support elderly Residents.
- Must be a team player.
- Proof of work rights in Australia.
- Mandatory Vaccination Policy -.
