**The Financial Administrator (NDIS) is responsible for providing financial and administrative support to the organisation. **The role is fixed term for 6 months, part-time working 3 days a week.**

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Assisting with NDIS claims including making claims from the NDIS portal and investigating discrepancies
- Liaise with coordinators to ensure NDIS claims are made in a timely manner including review of service agreements, services in the client management system and service bookings in Proda
- Work closely with the NDIS Accountant to ensure accurate revenue recognition
- Review NDIS debtors list liaising with coordinators re debt collection and updating debtors status

**Essential Criteria**:

- Experience as a bookkeeper within an office environment - NDIS experience highly regarded
- Microsoft excel skills
- Reconciliation skills
- Ability to act on own initiative and exercise sound judgement
- A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience in communicating effectively with internal and external customers in order to get the best outcome
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination
