SEGULA Technologies is always looking for new, ingenious, and daring talents worldwide to support all the major industrial actors within the automotive, aeronautics, energy, railway, naval, oil & gas and pharmaceutical sectors.

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our growing T&C team serving our rail customers around Australia. This position will be responsible for ensuring the Test & Commissioning Onboard team follows as per the requirements for testing on-site, engaging with all the stakeholders and oversee the Testing and Commissioning activities during the RMV testing while reporting to the Onboard Test & Commissioning Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensuring safety standards are set up and respected; Embedding the BHP Operating System within the team to sustainablydrive improvement through standardised routines/triggers.
- Proactively follow up all incidents with appropriate investigation, and implement improvement action plans.
- Identifying the appropriate safe working arrangements are in place to manage the handover to the client and ensure theprocess has been followed compliantly.
- Manage and monitor Onboard Test & Commissioning activities during RMV Serial roll out.
- Identify all safe working requirements necessary to perform the works and develop a comprehensive plan identifyingindividual and specific arrangements for each and every site-based activity.

**Qualifications**
- Tertiary Qualification in Engineering or Electrical.
- Demonstrated experience in supervisor role, handling T&C or V&V activities for signalling projects, and Supervision management in the railway industry.
- Working experience in testing and commissioning.
- Must hold an open driving licence.
