**About the role**
This is a dual role for both Receptionist and Admin Assistant. The Receptionist fulfils a key customer service role within the facility, warmly welcoming visitors and effectively responding to customer enquiries. Co-ordinating and contributing to facility administrative tasks, the Receptionist plays an important role in delivering positive service outcomes for existing and future residents, visitors, employees and volunteers.
Please note this role requires 3 days per week only
The position will essentially undertake to:
- Actively ensures the facility is presented to the highest standard through both the physical environment and presentation and engagement of residents and families
- Coordinate and maintain accurate reports, communications and superior information systems in accordance with position needs
- Actively contribute to Workplace Health and Safety and other company requirements
- Key Responsibilities
- Undertake activities in the daily cleaning and housekeeping program to meet resident’s needs.
- Encourage and empower all residents and staff to bring cleaning and housekeeping service related matters to your attention.
- Maintain resident privacy and confidentiality.

- Intermediate MS Word literacy skills
- Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills

To work in residential aged care, you will need to provide satisfactory background checks, supply a NDIS worker screening clearance, seasonal Influenza vaccinations, proof of work rights and certification proof.
