A **Coffee Expert **for **_Nespresso _**exists to set us apart from the competition by telling our coffee story in a way that is relevant to our customers. The goal is to foster capable and engaging teams across Australia and New Zealand, who are able to create the ultimate coffee experience every day.
- **

As the **Coffee Expert **you will report directly to your line manager as well as to our Learning & Development team who will work with you to ensure the accuracy of your training.

**As a Coffee Expert your responsibilities will include:
- Introducing and educating new customers to the Nespresso brand
- Preparing and delivering coffee training in conjunction with the L&D Team
- Facilitating coffee training for new starters as directed by the Boutique Manager
- Facilitating the Nespresso Golden Capsule contest for your team
- Being the reference for coffee expertise within your Boutique

**As our new Coffee Expert
**Will have proven experience in customer service/facilitation within the hospitality or retail industry. You will be part of the Oceania Coffee Community committed to inspiring people to think about what’s in their cup. You will demonstrate a passion for developing others, have a comprehensive knowledge of the coffee and be able to commit to the role with aspirations to develop further within the company.
