**Role Description**

We have multiple casual positions for Production Team Member, reporting to the Assembly Supervisor. As a Production Team Member, you will play a crucial role in the assembly and production process, working closely with the Assembly Supervisor to ensure quality, efficiency, and teamwork.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- A strong work ethic and a desire to contribute to a high-performing team.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively within a team.
- Experience with hand tools, soldering, power tools, or mechanical assembly is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks as directed.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 35kg) and perform manual labour
- Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures and instructions accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals
- Ability to travel and work onsite as required

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborating with the Assembly Supervisor and fellow team members to complete assembly tasks.
- Following instructions and ensuring precise and accurate assembly of products.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Assisting with quality control checks and reporting any issues to the Assembly Supervisor.
- Contributing to a positive and productive team atmosphere.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure products meet customer specifications
- Monitor production equipment for proper functioning and perform routine maintenance
- Participate in continuous improvement activities to improve processes and increase efficiency
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Installation/servicing of manufactured products which travel to site may be required

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Factory/Assembly: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
