Central Reservations Agent

Seagrass Boutique Hospitality Group are looking for experienced **Central Reservations Agents** to join our central reservations team in Kew. Working directly with the Central Reservations Manager, you will be responsible for reservations for our **5 Melbourne based steak house restaurants - The Meat & Wine Co and Hunter & Barrel**. Being the first point of contact with our guests, our agents should want to make a positive impact on the people you interact with, leaving them with a memorable first impression. **Key tasks**: - Ensuring all reservations are handled promptly and recorded accurately and provide efficient and professional service to all guests - Maintain a thorough knowledge of all stores and promotions - Maintaining brand knowledge and current with restaurant operational requirements in relation to reservations management ie, seating times, minimum spends etc - Provide exceptional customer service and communication.
