**The Role**

Russell Healthcare are looking for Support workers who genuinely care and enjoy helping individuals with greater independence. It is Important to understand every individual’s needs and how they wish to continue living.

Location: Southport

We have a lovely gentleman who requires care 7 days a week. These days are from 8am-5pm.

This client required high complex care due to his disability.

This client can ONLY have Male support workers due to his cultural background.

English is a must, Arabic is a bonus

**YOU MUST BE QUALIFIED**

Services we provide for our clients are.
- Domestic Assistance
- Personal Care
- Social support
- Transport
- Shopping, doctor’s appointments etc
- Meal preparation
- Dementia care
- Palliative care
- High needs care
- Squalor and Hoarding cleaning
- Respite care
- Sleep overs
- Lawns and gardens

**Skills and Requirements**

It is a requirement to have had at least 12 months experience in this industry and all up to date certifications to be qualified for an interview.
- Police Check
- Blue card
- Ndis Workers screening
- Comprehensive Car Insurance
- First Aid Certification
- Cert 3 in Disability or Aged care
- NDIS Mandatory training cert (we can provide training)

Russell HealthCare is a community-based service provider that offers support to people with intellectual and or multiple disabilities, alongside the NDIS.

We are involved in the day-to-day details of our client’s care, from identifying the different types of care and support, to finding the right care worker.
