The Role:
We’re looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Barista with 2+ years of experience to join our fast-paced team. You’ll be crafting delicious coffee, engaging with customers, and maintaining a smooth workflow during peak hours.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages with consistency and speed
- Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude
- Operate and maintain coffee machines and equipment
- Handle cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately
- Keep the café clean, stocked, and well-presented
- Work efficiently in a high-volume environment

What We’re Looking For:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a barista in a busy café or coffee shop
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, latte art, and different brewing methods
- Ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Availability for flexible shifts, including early mornings and weekends
- RSA certificate (preferred but not essential)
