
Customer Success Manager, Payment Optimisation

**About the role**
Are you passionate about FinTech/payments/digital optimisation the role it plays in driving impact across the nonprofit sector? Join Blackbaud, the leading software provider for social impact organisations as we expand our footprint in this space across the nonprofit and education sectors.
This is an integral new role which will drive engagement, adoption, and optimisation of our Blackbaud Integrated Payment (BBIP) and online giving solutions. This is a unique opportunity to blend fintech expertise with customer success in a mission-driven environment.
**What you’ll do**
- Partner with customers to maximise the impact of BBIP across regular giving, online giving and partner solutions.
- Lead payment solution onboarding, integration, and optimisation for selected customers
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to enhance product offerings and customer experience.
- Deliver insights, reviews, and technical guidance to drive customer success and innovation.
- Develop long term strategic and short-term tactical plans for the growth of BBIP across the region.
**What you bring**
- 5+ years’ in regular giving, fundraising optimisation, or fundraising payments space.
- Strong grasp of APIs, system architecture, and compliance standards.
- Passion for driving impact across the sector
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Understanding of web analytics, including Google Analytics and page optimisation.
- Experience with nonprofit or fundraising payment solutions is a plus.
