The salary range will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
**What we are looking for**
To be successful, you must be able to demonstrate:
- Proven experience in the building industry.
- Sound customer service skills.
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and build productive working relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders.
- Sound analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Local Government experience is not essential but will be well regarded.
**Essential requirements**
- Relevant qualifications or accreditations as a Building Surveying Practitioner Level 1 (Level 7 position) or Building Surveying Practitioner Level 2 (Level 6 position).
- Driver's licence.
