**About Us**:
We are a growing service committed to supporting children and adolescents in their academic and personal development. We offer tailored learning experiences that blend academic tutoring with emotional and motivational support.

Tutors will work one-on-one with students to reinforce learning, address individual needs, and help build confidence in academic abilities. Sessions may be held online or in-person, depending on location and availability.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver personalised tutoring aligned with the Australian Curriculum
- Provide feedback and progress updates
- Adapt teaching strategies to suit individual learning styles
- Maintain clear communication with families or coordinators

**Requirements**:

- Experience in tutoring or education support
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage own schedule
- Working With Children Check (required)
- ABN (preferred, or willingness to obtain)
