**ATEA PARTNERS - Administration Co-Ordinator Position**

Duties include but are not limited to:
- General correspondence including typing letters and documents as required;
- General support and assistance of professional staff as required;
- Managing ASIC and ATO correspondence;
- Invoicing and managing debt collection;
- Ensuring all correspondence from clients is prioritised and actioned;
- Communicating with clients, advisors and third parties;
- Reconciliations in relation to practice management - Debtors;
- ATO - maintaining client registers;
- ASIC - maintaining company registers;
- Maintaining internal client records;
- Mail - process incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail;
- Support other team members and promote a positive team environment;
- Answer all incoming phone calls with the appropriate script and transferring calls to the appropriate extension;
- Taking messages and passing them on to team members or assisting clients in whatever capacity required;
- Making appointments for Director and Team members as required;
- Stationery orders where required;
- Banking

The primary purpose of this position is to assist with the accurate and timely servicing of the firms’ clients to ensure we deliver on our service promise to clients regarding the timely lodgement and completion of their tax and accounting work.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

- Flexible hours
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Stones Corner, QLD 4120: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
