**Ray White Ryde **are now seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join their award-winning team as a
**Property Officer.**

This position has the scope to grow within the team, creating many possible pathways for your future. We are invested in your development and will provide training and support for you to learn and to succeed. We want you to be an integral part of our team as we continue to grow the business.

**Your duties will include**:

- Delivering exceptional customer service;
- Conducting open home inspections as required;
- Assisting with the preparation of tenancy agreements;
- Negotiating lease renewals;
- Liaising with a range of stakeholders, including tenants, landlords etc;
- Handling prospective tenant enquiries;
- Conducting routine and ingoing inspections;
- Consulting with owners to help them maximise leasing potential;
- Diary management; and
- General administration.

**To succeed in this role you'll have...**
- Exceptional customer service skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- High levels of professionalism;
- Previous property management experience is advantageous, but not essential;
- Previous client relationship or account management experience;
- A real estate licence, or certificate of registration (or be willing to obtain one ASAP);
- The ability to manage and prioritise your time;
- Intermediate computer and digital literacy on a range of PM software platforms;
- A valid drivers licence; and
- A reliable motor vehicle.
