**About the role**

These positions are suitable for Hospital Medical Officers (PGY 3+)/ Registrars interested in pursuing a career in Surgery.

**Possible rotations include**:

- General Surgery/AGSU - Box Hill & Maroondah
- General Surgery - Angliss & Blackburn Surgical Centre
- General Surgery - Albury (6mth & 12mth available)
- General Surgery - Bairnsdale (6mth & 12mth available)
- Vascular Surgery - Box Hill
- Colorectal Surgery - Maroondah
- Breast & Endocrine Surgery - Maroondah
- ICU
- General Surgery - Nights
- Relieving - General Surgery, Vascular, Plastics, ENT, Urology, Rural

(8 rotations including formal teaching)

**About you**

To be successful in this role you will possess:

- Current registration with AHPRA
- Highly developed interpersonal and leadership experience
- A strong commitment to high quality care
- The ability to work as part of a diverse team
- Excellent communication and organisational skills

Vaccination against infectious disease is a mandatory requirement of this role. An offer of employment is conditional on you providing evidence that you are currently vaccinated against COVID-19 with booster & Influenza, prior to commencing employment.
