**Job Description** Receptionist / Facilities Assistant**

Sodexo is seeking a Receptionist/Facilities Assistant to join our small corporate team supporting a leading professional services company in the Adelaide CBD.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist internal and external visitors with a friendly, professional manner
- Manage visitor records and coordinate meeting room bookings
- Support catering arrangements for meetings and events
- Assist with mailroom processes and maintain communal staff areas
- Provide AV/VC support for meetings and presentations

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous customer-facing experience in a professional or corporate environment
- Background in corporate catering, 5-star hospitality, or body corporate administration is highly regarded
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
