Head Coach

**Head Coach - Antaean Fencing Club (Foil Specialisation)**

Antaean Fencing Club, based in South Brisbane, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Head Coach** to lead our Foil program and support the development of elite athletes.

**Position Details**:

- **Base Salary**: AUD $142,000 + Superannuation
- **Employment Conditions**: In line with Australian employment law
- **Hours**: 38 hours per week, 5 days per week
- **Contract**: 3-year fixed term, renewable every 3 years
- **Probation**: No probationary period

**Requirements**:

- Former competitive fencer with proven coaching ability
- Extensive coaching experience, specifically in **Foil**:

- Demonstrated track record of training and developing **elite athletes**:

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to coach effectively in English
- Leadership skills and the ability to build and mentor a high-performance squad
