We’re a growing South Brisbane lawn care business working with experienced solo operators to take on regular lawn mowing jobs across our expanding client base. We handle all the admin, quoting, and payments — you just turn up, do a clean job, and get paid.

**What’s Involved**

This role focuses on residential lawn mowing — mowing, edging, and a tidy blow-down — for clients throughout South Brisbane. You’ll begin with a small group of 2-3 regular clients, and we’ll gradually increase your workload based on your consistency, quality, and how well the routes build out.

Most jobs take around 30-45 minutes. Some may run longer, but these are priced accordingly. Over time, there’s potential to take on additional services like hedging or garden maintenance depending on your skillset and interest.

**Pay & Structure**

This is a subcontractor role paid per completed job — not hourly. Most jobs pay $45 to $70+, and subcontractors are paid weekly via bank transfer. You don’t need to quote or invoice — it’s all handled for you.

Subcontractors who work efficiently with a well-built run typically average $70-$85 per hour across their day.

We begin with a paid trial job to assess fit, reliability, and communication. If it’s a good match, we’ll roll out regular work.

No admin. No quoting. No chasing payments. Just good work, good pay, and consistency.

**What You’ll Need**
- Your own mower, snipper, and blower (edger preferred but not essential)
- A ute or trailer setup for transporting your gear
- An active ABN
- Public liability insurance
- Experience handling residential lawn care solo
- Solid time management and pride in delivering tidy, dependable work
