We operate 23 stores, of which 9 are in Melbourne, 7 in Sydney, 3 in Adelaide, 3 in Perth, 1 in Brisbane and 1 in the Gold Coast - with further expansion opportunities mapped out.

**Primary Objectives**:
Your primary objective as a warehouse officer is to work with the warehouse manager to ensure tasks are done efficiently and accurately.
- Effective and efficient pick and packing of stock replenishment from our warehouse in South Yarra and distribution to our retail stores.
- Ensure procedures governing stock control and movement are adhered to.
- Assist the Warehouse Manager in ensuring that the warehouse functions in an organises and efficient manner.

**Key Responsibilities**

Further on to your key responsibilities, other important day-to-day tasks involve:

- Use of scanning processes to pick, pack and dispatch stock for restocking and replenishment of all Calibre stores on a daily basis.
- Accept goods into the warehouse computer system
- Unload deliveries of stock.
- Count the stock delivered to verify amounts received are correct and are accurately accepted into the warehouse.
- Run regular audit trails to identify possible inaccuracies in the stock system.
- Allocate goods to selected locations as per pick slip instructions and then pick and pack the goods for the allocated stores.
- Ensure the goods are packed in accordance with Calibre standards.
- Follow company dispatch procedures for stock to interstate stores.
- Respond to any queries from Retail Staff teams in relation to stock levels in a timely manner.

**To be successful in this role you would have**:

- Good numerical skills
- Physically fit to handle repetitive heavy lifting up to 20kg.
- Experience in pick & pack, stock ordering, stock rotation, stock takes
- Experience in Retail or E-commerce warehouse is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A great communicator with a good attitude.
- Victorian Drivers license

**Hours of operations**
- Warehouse operates Monday to Friday 7.00am - 3.30pm (With the occasional weekend shift)

Approximately 2-3 shifts per week - Generally Mondays and Thursdays. With some shifts available on the occasional Tuesday or Wednesday during peak times
